Warranty

| The company warrants the manufacture of its
products to be free from defects in material and
workmanship, providing any manufacturing defects escaping
Company detection be reported in writing to the company
within 90 days from date of shipment to the Customer. This
Warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at the
Company's option, f.o.b. the Company's factory, any
products, which upon Company inspection is found to be
defective.
The Company in no event shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of its products. In addition, the Company shall not be liable for damages to the equipment or injuries to operating personnel or others when the machine or parts are operated in a manner contrary to any written recommendations made at the time of purchase or to our Standard Erecting and Operating Instructions. The components purchased by the company from others for inclusion by the Company are warranted only to the extent of the Guarantee or Warranty, if any, made to the Company in connection therewith. The above Warranty comprises the Company's sole and entire Warranty obligation and liability in connection with its products. All other warranties on merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded.
